Yes, there is an order minimum of $100 after any fun coupons are applied, unless the website says otherwise. 

Sola Sister Co. reserves the right to close a wholesale account at any time without notice. But the likelihood of you being able to keep your hands off our beauties is pretty slim!

We sure do! Orders of $250 or more are shipped for free to anywhere in the US (except Alaska and Hawaii). Free Shipping transit times cannot be guaranteed. If you need an estimated transit time, please select another method of shipping at check out.

Our goal is to prepare your order for shipping in 2 – 7 business days. If we have a wicked awesome promotion or a high volume of orders, it may take just a little bit longer to perfectly prepare your order.

Sola Sister Co. takes quality control wicked seriously. Our founder is a former scientist and a professional wood flower florist, which means she's incredibly particular about what makes a great flower.

Every flower in our Packs of 25 is individually inspected by a real human and held to one simple standard:

"Would I be happy to receive this flower in my own order?"

If the answer is yes, it makes the cut.

Our Bulk (500 & 1,000) flowers are different. These orders are pulled directly from inventory without individual inspection, allowing us to offer larger quantities at a better value. You'll receive the full spectrum of natural variation, just as it comes from the manufacturer.

Flowers that don't meet our hand-selection standards but are still usable become LOL Flowers.

To help you know exactly what to expect when ordering, we've created a simple quality scale. Our flowers are graded on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 represents flowers that are no longer usable and 10 represents the most pristine flower imaginable.

LOL Flowers

Description: Flowers that didn't quite meet our quality standards but are still usable with a little creativity or TLC.

Our quality ratings are based on Sola Sister Co.'s quality standards and years of experience working with sola wood flowers. Because every florist has different preferences and intended uses, individual opinions of a flower's quality may vary.

Bulk quantities are discounted because they skip one of the most labor-intensive parts of our process: individual quality inspection.

Our Packs of 25 are hand-selected by a real person to ensure every flower meets our rigorous quality standards. Bulk quantities of 500 and 1,000 are pulled directly from inventory without that individual sorting process, allowing us to pass those labor savings on to you.

Because these flowers aren't hand-inspected, you'll receive the full range of natural variation found in sola wood flowers. Most will be beautiful and ready to use, while others may need a little reshaping, trimming, or extra prep before they're project-ready.

If you want the best value per bloom, our Bulk quantities are an excellent choice. If you'd rather have someone else do the sorting for you, our Packs of 25 are the way to go.

LOL stands for Lots Of Love, because that's exactly what these flowers need.
These blooms didn't quite meet our premium quality standards for one reason or another. Maybe they're a little misshapen, have a split petal, are compressed, or simply aren't as pretty as their neighbors.

That doesn't mean they're unusable!

With a little steaming, reshaping, trimming, or creative placement, many become beautiful finished flowers. They're perfect for fillers, practice, painted designs, or projects where perfection isn't necessary.

Pre-sales are your opportunity to call dibs on your favorite flowers! Occasionally, we will offer flowers that are on their way to us as a pre-sale before they arrive. The date that a pre-sale order will ship is approximate.

PLEASE NOTE: if you purchase a pre-sale item AND other in-stock items in the SAME transaction, the entire order will be fulfilled when the pre-sale items become available.

If you would like the in-stock items sooner, just purchase those items in a separate order.
